information Service provider ONLY at this time. We always try to show you the most accurate information in our possession at the time of data publication. We Check the Prices (p/kWh) to Charge your EV regularly across the UK High Power Charging networks shown at www.chargenet.co.uk.

Always Check the Price p/kWh PRIOR to Charging.
Know that: When Roaming across networks using a eMSP card / app Prices can vary considerably.
Check for Parking Restricitions at all Charge points -
Don't OVERSTAY at a Rapid / Ultra-Rapid Charge Point, Some sites have a limit of 60 or 90 Minutes Maximum.
Register your vehicle with Reception if necessary (at a hotel for example).
Penalty Charge Notices can be £100 if you fail to adhere to parking rules - like parking fully within a parking bay and not being over the white lines.
Don't give them an excuse to penalise you.
About Prices Shown:
We always show you the Maximum PAYG Pay As You Go Price when Paid via Contactless Payment card that you should encounter for the Charge Point Operator shown. Avoid Peak Times where possible.
You may save by using the Charge Point Operator's App / RFID card.
Some sites are Outliers and TESLA use Off Peak, Peak and Dynamic Pricing so check in the TESLA App if you are heading to a particular Supercharger site.

You should Contact the Respective Charge Point Operator by TELEPHONE using their Free Phone Number.
If you have a COMPLAINT - it is Always a good idea put it in writing at the Time detailing what occurred with as much detail as Possible. CPO Charge Point Operators usually have an email address you can send your complaint to.
(Our legal department makes us write this stuff).
